Destiny: Raid Ready?

From everything I've heard 360 light is the minimum for being effective in a raid. This post is designed to see how many people that are leveling their guardians to be raid ready. If anyone needs help or wants to start playing Destiny with the clan, please post here so we can get something scheduled.

First boss 360 recommended
Second boss 370 recommended
Third and final boss 380 recommended

Did first and second bosses with are highest light level in our group being 367 or something . I like the new raid very fun if you have a group that can communicate well together .

I just got back from the cruise. (I won the scavenger quest thing as the captain of the team if anyone knows what that is lol). Not sure if my kids wil let me get online this weekend but I'll definitely be on Monday when they are in school.

Woukd be great to get a CAG raid or 2 scheduled for this week if anyone is interested.

He did but to play the new expansion you need to have at least 260 Light

Me either. I was hoping to just back pack him through the content to get 320 gear but instead we had to grind strikes and hope to get legendary engrams to buy a piece of 350 gear on the reef. The big problem was the fact that he wasn't getting anything legendary through the whole thing so we couldn't make marks to buy vanguard gear.

once he was able to make the minimum to get into the lv 41 prison of elders it took 3 runs and he went from 242 Light to 303 Light by only opening 2 engrams at a time and replacing lower gear. The big push was the fact that he got lucky and was able to trade in a legendary engram with basis for a 350 Light mark and waited to open the couple of legendary engrams to the very end that got him over 300 Light in one sitting at the reef.
