today i was wondering what the differences were between these two dumb-fire launchers. here is a great video i found. very detailed and well done.

in summary, if your having a tough time compensating for the RPG's drop, which i was at first, then the SMAW is the way to go. however if your accustomed to it already, stick with your RPG. it does more damage and reloads a little bit faster. hope this helps some of you.
great find blame i always use RPG and i have a hard time with the drop of the rocket lol but im getting used to it now thanks for the video
no problem man. when he is testing it from different distances you get a better idea of how to use the RPG sights. i never even noticed the two red arrows in the vertical part of the sight!
I actually prefer the rpg but I like the mechanics of the smaw if that makes any sense.

that makes sense. i personally i hated the SMAW in BF3 because it felt so clunky and bulky. i always preferred the look of the RPG. it felt like it the reload animation was a little shorter as well.
