Xbx1 Raid Team

I was doing some thinking about why we haven't killed HM Crota yet and have watched some videos and obviously done some reading. However my enlightening moment came from a casual reading of the funnies ( destinies general forums). Someone was bitching about how Crota was glitchy to much ( which he does glitch but it's a game get over it) and that it was too hard.

an actual intelligent person pointed out that hard mode VoG was more of an individual skill level with some team work and Crota has greatly expanded on the importance of team work. Our biggest issue or at least the on I have encountered ( I've only gotten Crota to 20%) is that it is always with a different team and at most a continuity of 3 people.

To fix this I think we should setup a raid schedule with the intent of having at least the same 5 people on the raid as many days a week as possible. Once we get it down then break hen either do 1-2 man rotations in the main raid force or break the main raid force into two different teams. If the teams are broken up it should be broken up by best swordsman and tracking rocket launchers.

thoughts? (Also this could be null and void if everyone killed Crota tonight lol)

I tried popping on a few times but im only a 28, and couldn't join, the other times you guys had full raid parties. I will keep at it and should be on more now that my cod marksmen is completed

I'm down to do whatever, if you guys need/want me. I probably need a few more normal clears to hit 32 (need chest/shards).

Im level 28 also. And Need to finish VOG on hard and Croata on normal.

I was just thinking a better thing to do instead of running VoG which will be gear you will just have to replace anyways would be for us to power level another character (same class so u can just transfer armor). This way you can run Crota, nightfall and weekly twice a week. Only thing worth getting from the old raids is 2 weapons from hard mode and that's mainly for pvp. Power leveling another character would be time management in my opinion.

So do any of the platoon leaders or officers have a list of the 32's so we can try and set this up? I'll be online in an hour or so.
