Requirements For Sharpshooter And Expert

The requirements for the Sharpshooter and Expert medals for Black Ops 3 are not in their threads. Am I looking in the wrong place? If so, can someone point me in the right direction? If not, can someone tell me what those requirements are so that I can work to achieve these medals?

You can get your sharpshooter and expert as weapon proficiency. But specific to black ops 3 like other COD aren't set up.
