I love Franchise mode dude. I have my NCAA Football Rosters named with real names and I import the Draft Classes each year. You should try it.

I buy Madden every year and for some reason, I get bored with it within a month or so. The only sports game I stick with is the EA NHL games. They have great replay value and the online leagues are fun as hell.

But to be on topic, when I did have Madden 10, I found some great sliders on Youtube that made the game feel very realistic. I'm not a big fan of the "very fast" setting though, it feels much more realistic on the default speed setting IMO.

For some reason I have to play on the fastest speed, just feels more like real speed to me. So you don't have the game anymore?

Nope, I traded it in towards MW2, which was a good decision, haha

You need to edit your profile, I made some changes to some Icons, just click on "My Profile" to edit it.
