Requesting a Company of My own.

I would like to have permission to start a company of my own. Voodoo Company.

This Company would consist of a Snipers and Machine gunners and Engineers. The REAL Support group.
I would want members of this company to train heavy in vehicle tactics such as capturing and holding objectives. Also how to fly the various aircraft and maneuver to support ground forces and specialize in taking out enemy armor. Also learn how to set mines and use their heavy weapons and sniper rifles to set up a perimeter around an objective that we are trying to take or have taken already. Also would specialize in explosives and learn how to set C4 charges in order to take out potential enemy cover.

We in no way would be a separate entity and would focus mostly on a support role within our ranks and would fall under the same rules and regs as other members. We would also report to Senior staff members just like any other squad.

i think its a pretty good idea

This is a good idea IV, but theres one slight problem..

To command a company you must reach at least the rank of Captain.

Once you reach the rank of Corporal, you will be able to command your own squad, with which you can use those good Support ideas to train them with.

Haha oh no im not volunteering, captain is just the lowest rank to command your own company. I usually will only play with the Assault or Engineer classe anyways. Im not too hot at sniping in BF3 and i prefer to be nimble on my feet rather than luggin around an LMG, haha just my personal play style. I just like the idea and i like where youre going with it. A support/recon squad is probably the first thing you can work on once you become a corporal

I would like to be a part of this squad when it gets rolling my best class is the Engineer class.

We are already going to start setting up our Squads according to activity. The most active members will be on 1st squad and so on.

Roger sounds good I'll be pretty active until January time frame then my pre-deployment training cycle kicks off so i'll hardly be online.

So you have to take advantage of all the free time you can now! You will have fun here bro, as soon as bf3 gets their shit together with the servers and mw3 comes out, we are going to be super fucking busy.
