You can't recommend him for the weapon badges, they have to do them all and keep track of them by starting a thread for each weapons badge they are going for.

And we do it this way so that if we ever have questions about someone's badges we can always look at their progression threads for each weapons badge and confirm and there is never any doubt they completed them.

Seems I got skipped over on the Dogg ribbon. But I have completed my Marksmen. I requested it now.
