I like this idea. Nothing wrong with being more stringent on requirements and new blood coming in.

pawz perhaps a post with meetings notes for those who missed it may be a good idea? i would myself but i don't want to fuck something up because my memory is shot.

also don't forget to update the canned reply with the new standards for Whiskey recruits.

With regard to canned reply...as well as updating for new requirements, can I suggest we suggest Tapatalk. I generally suggest this myself but if it can be in the canned reply I think that would be good.

Also...can you please add me on the One side too? :D

I'm a hair shy of being a noob and I know there are more of us out there. I like new deal with recruits.

i was wondering this as well, will recruits now in their probation phase now only have to wait 2 weeks instead of the 30 days?

Yes they have the choice of waiting out the 30 days or taking the 2 weeks as long as they meet the 2 week requirements..
