Keep the cranberry but dilute it. 80% water and 20% cranberry juice. That is what I do I get some flavour and all the water I need.

Buy a drink called All Day You May. It's a post workout you can drink every day. Cost about 40$ and will last you a month. Drink it instead of soda or juice. Only has 1 gram of sugar per gallon and tastes great. I've been drinking it for about 2 months now and have lost 2 1/2 inches from my waist and I'm never sore. It's made by 5% nutrition.
