ok I started the Brigade Marksman back in the Ghosts days and never finished it so I guess now I will finish it lol

just to be clear do the 3 I have still count or do I heed to start over Cheech

Hate to say but it was far harder to obtain on Ghosts as the only weapons you could use were semi-automatic rifles.
