Soloing Missions is pretty tough. It's a lot funner with a group. I have had a tough time leveling up so I'm far behind. My Son just got the game as well. So I'll have another noob to hook up with.

What bailiff said. Also kill whatever mob you meet on the way. Do encounters. Look for phone signatures and echos. Moreover side missions also give you some purple gear/weapon blue print. Or just join me or anyone else online. Just happy to give a hand

Deconstruct everything , keep only the best armor and gear and weapons . Do not sell or even buy things as you are always upgrading and will earn/weapons on the way. Stock pile everything so when level 30 will have the best stuff . I deconstruct all gear except the stuff I am using . Weapons I keep most unless they are useless .

Also always pick up everything on the way, no matter of color. Can always deconstruct stuff for weapon upgrades or w/e you need fabric or weapon parts for .

I don't deconstruct anything I sell it all because it's all relaxants until 30 and you will have quite a bit if you sell everything up until that point

I am now selling everything too unless I don't get anything for it from the Vendors ...
But yes the game is tough alone .. I had the chance to play with some other Doggs over the weekend and last week and I am now level 24 I think .... you can rank up very quickly when you play with other Doggs who are higher rank than you ... Thanks to Spartan, Rican, JB and others who have helped me the last few days !!!
From my experience, i just did side missions that were higher level than me since it gives a crap ton more exp and doing missions 2 levels higher is a good thing to do. Also, selling items isn't that bad. It is good to deconstruct earlier but farming for the phoenix credits and buying the recipes should give plenty of time to deconstruct things since the only thing you are doing at level 30 is grinding dz levels, farming, and crafting.
Dude I couldn't agree more! I am a mere level 6 agent, but have been stuck trying to get upgrades for the hospital. The game is entirely too hard going solo, so I always have to get randoms and even then there's no guarantee we can make it through a challenge.Quote:

Played some with Stormy last night since he is a 20 I had to fight vs his level which was basically a one shot death.
Riot Shield How do I drop the stupid thing once deployed I couldnt get rid of it unless it was destroyed. Ran around with a shield until I just logged off felt pretty stupid...
If you hit the same button that you hit to have it your guy will drop the riot shield

Haha I was smoking dudes with this random in DZ last night that kept trying to jack us. Got some cool ish too. Worth the 25 minutes for the better early guns. I hear they scale as you level but not researching to confirm.

Finally got rolling. Went from 9 to 14 pretty quick.
Make sure you do side missions and anything you can to help level up faster. So as the missions get harder you are always ranked ahead of them.Quote:

I have been getting the side missions. What has helped is using the matchmaking to find a random guy about my level to run through them. I do have my son playing now as well. The whole sharing xbox thing is real nice he can play my games and use my gold to get on at his house for free! I can't believe I just found out about that feature.
What level you at now Chet? I know how you feel about the division alone lol due to work and timezone I dont get the playtime I would like to and when I do its usually pretty late by time someone else gets online to join.
Doesn't really bother me though as i find the game really immersive as theres plenty to do.Id gladly roll some division with ya anytime man but yous PST guys are really hard fuckers to catch up with.
Ill look for you I'm a CST guy but still a small window for me to find a member on. I usually have to wait for momma to crash before I can get on.

I'm the same,have to wait to get kids to bed and the wife before I can game without interruption.I catch Stormy now and again but this tends to be my GMT early mornings that hes around.
Dont know why I though you where PST lol what the time difference from CST and GMT?
