MW2 DLC

So the DLC for MW2 is almost here. On Tuesday, March 30th 2010 we are going to finally get the first DLC for MW2 and I am contemplating buying them. We are getting 3 new maps and 2 old ones. In recent weeks I have really gotten fed up with MW2 to the point that I stopped playing it and returned to GRAW 2 and NCAA Football. Hopefully this DLC will bring new life to MW2.

Now I have been reading around in other forums that not everyone is happy with the $15 price tag for this DLC and with good reason. I myself do not agree with the $15 price tag and think they should be free for all the bullshit we have had to put with i.e., glitches, patches creating more glitches, stupid spawn system and poor performance of the servers.

So lets see if these maps can once again get me interested in MW2. I hope it does not disappoint me like the DLC for SOCOM: Confrontation did which led me to abandon SOCOM: Confrontation all together.

I want to see what everyone else thinks about the Stimulus package.

By the way everyone, I hope this DLC gets everyone more involved. I have noticed in recent weeks that not everyone is enjoying the game like we all did in the beginning. Post your concerns and ideas guys. If I don't see everyone interacting and visiting the site, I am going to have to start removing the in-actives from CAG. I don't want to have to remove anyone, but I will if inactivity continues from some of you.

So lets hope this DLC gets everyone interested in MW2 again.

mw2 is the only 1st person game ive ever played. i love playing as much as i can ill get the pack, if im not on for a few days it its because of my other package (4-kids,a 24hr on call job or nagging wife) but i try to stay up with the site and xbox, so cant wait for new maps!

Oh yeah perez, family comes first buddy and I know how it is with kids. I have no questions regarding you at all. You pass!

But on a serious note, I really hope these maps do the job. MW2 has so much more potential and IW really fucked it up with all these bugs and glitches. I only see it as a fun game to play if you have a full 6 man team playing. When you have only a couple of guys on it's not the same.

And finally, perez? I know you are not on as much as the rest of us, but do you ever try and recruit new members? If you don't, you should try and recruit as well. I want to see everyone do recruiting and especially now that the new maps are around the corner.

as far as recruiting im very picky on it i dont wanna be embarrased! ill be playing with someone who's game is strong but attitude sucks like i said the other night we were playin with a member we have to show class as much as we do our strenghs!!! thats me though!

It definitely does suck recruiting someone only to find out that they are a total ass. Don't be too worried about their K/D or anything when you're playing. If they are friendly and communicating well, give them an invite to join the clan. I'm a good example... I don't do well by myself, but with you guys I tend to do much better. So yeah, don't be shy to recruit the "good guys" when you rarely meet one haha.

Oh I totally hear you on that perez, recruiting someone who plays good and is a total asshole. It's just like at work when you recommend someone and he totally flakes out or turns out to be the worst thing you could of done at work.

But don't worry about that here. It takes quite a while for some people to get accustomed to their surroundings especially when you have no clue how they really are in person. I remember when GRIZZLY first joined CAG he was a dick dude! , from the impressions he gave me at the beginning he was damn arrogant, haha...but now hes one of CAG's top DOGGs.

If we treat each other with respect we can accomplish a lot together and also mold recruits who would have no chance in hell to make it in other Clans. We have had a number of recruits in recent months try out for CAG and we have decided it is just not a good fit. I don't hold anyone accountable for the recruits actions when they are total asses unless they are like personal friends of theirs and they know how they are in real life.

But regardless, recruiting should be on everyone's agenda once they become official members of CAG. Keep in mind, we ourselves still recruit new guys and they turn out to be total busts. So don't let that discourage you at all, give it your best shot and leave it up to them to prove they can become a CAG Dogg.
