Im here to find a real team to game with competitive wise.a group of gamers
that are always online like myself and know how to run maps in mw3,bo1,bo2 correctly.
Im not good with strict rules but i know how to kick some a$$ when needed! I do have
experience in high ranks as well, i ran as general in XBT,feild Marshal in xVP,leiutenant in IG.
OSA one step ahead also a known MLG team for halo and bo1 team at one point.

Good intro Rock and welcome to our site and forums. Great set of goals and expectations I like that. Now if you don't mind can you explain to us what happened with IG? We see a lot of high ranking players that leave IG applying to join us all the time and they don't stick around.

We have very strict rules here and you said you are not good with those, if you can't perform under these rules then I suggest you stop with the recruitment process now.

It takes at least 2 weeks before you are given a decision on whether you are accepted as a member or not. You also have to be not just moderately active but consistently active on a daily basis on our forums to be a leader of any sorts.

So if you think you can do all of the above explain to me what happened with IG and we can go on from there.

I like the Code of conduct,I left IG because it didnt have the structure it claimed.The leaders would
promote imature gamers 13 to 17 as high ranks which was degrading.I tried to help because their recruiting was horbble,i gave opinions on important matters and i also had the most recruits on the site.I recruited up to 6 people a day or above which brought in a total amount of 16 gamers my first 2 days being on the clan..They couldnt keep over half the recruits i had introduced because of the young players in the clan.
long story made short im not another IG member,I picked them up when they was about ot lose a squad and got stabbed in the back..The colonel promoted A 14 yr old to captain and this enraged me.
