I know exactly what u mean buddy bf3 recruiting is damn hell hard,it's even hard to try and keep someone's attention long enough to talk with them let alone recruit them.like u stated before all I ever run in to is brick walls of people being disinterested.

I don't think we do raz it's a sad thing don't know why bf3 is last at everything here I think there is only 3 ppl left on the bf3 side which is pathetic this clan is all about COD. But I'm here and gonna stay and see what's happens

All about COD huh? The last 2 weeks I have been on BF3 and not on COD and not one of you guys ever accepted my game invites.

me too pawz. we need a leader however. not sure who is stepping up or taking over but were sitting here in the dark. we need direction.

How about you guys taking the initiative and stepping up your leadership in all this....

Sounds good ducky.. That's what we really need glad someone is stepping up for us and cares greatly appreciated buddy thanks.. Now we need to find us some leaders for bf3 there is only a few of us left so someone needs to make a decision about this matter ..

When people are not active on the forums this is what happens, posting one time is not going to get you noticed.

This feels like an odd time to be a Battlefield recruit.

My playtime with this group is only days but many of the people I've played the most with are leaving the clan. I'm not sure why. And I have to wonder if I'll have their same feelings for the same reasons further down the road.

Does the leadership, at any level, have a statement for why this is happening and how it is being fixed? If CAG truly is a family, and Battlefield and COD players are equals, how is it so easy to say goodbye to those leaving and simply say we'll go recruit new people? Am I missing something?

Here is the statement you wanted from Leadership at the highest level. I am not going to sugar coat anything for anyone and I am going to tell you guys how it is.

It's always been Battlefield guys who always feel left out every year and for many reasons. I and others have tried to tell you guys to be active on the forums, yet you guys believe that coming on the forums just a couple times a week is going to get the job done.

CAG "IS" a Family and those who don't think it is are the ones who choose to give up and quit. Nothing is given to you in this life, you have to work to get things done and the same thing goes here in CAG.

I am not going to feel sorry for the BF3 side because time and time again we stressed to you guys the importance of forum activity. At one point the COD side was in the same situation as you guys are in right now, but instead of feeling sorry for themselves and giving up they decided to stick together and worked together to recruit and build COD to what it is now.

Have some pride in yourselves, you guys want to be quitters then go right ahead, that is not the type of people I want in this clan. You guys are answering all your questions and I don't think you guys realize it, BF3 is reaching it's end, not because it's not a good game but because it's simply getting old.

I know some of you guys are going to say "well I sent you a friend request, you accepted it then removed me", yes you are right, I have only 99 slots in my friends list and those who are not active or don't accept game invites will be removed.

A few of you guys on BF3 don't accept game invites and when you guys do happen to reply you guys say something like "i am playing with a friend" ...and that is fine.

I told you guys that I don't have the maps past the default maps, what did Blame and MrSharrett do the last time I was in the CAG server? completely changed the settings on the server and I get kicked out of it.

Not everyone has the maps and I tried to tell you guys that the settings on the server would affect your recruiting, no one listened to me.

That brings me to another point, every time I get on bf3 you guys are in private parties. How do you expect to interact with players in the lobbies or in game when you guys are on party chat.

You guys are asking for experienced leadership but when "that" very leadership was being offered to you guys it was shot down.

It's not easy running a clan, we all know that, but if you guys want to keep bouncing form clan to clan every 2-3 months then go right on ahead and quit.

That is the problem, bf3 "IS" coming to its end, it is up to you guys to think of ways to keep people interested. I don't see anyone or have seen anyone mention anything like tournaments or challenges.

If you guys can't tell from Cheech's post, he's basically giving you guys the option to chose you're own fate.

If you're someone wants to step up and take the reigns then do it!

Think when it comes to this I myself don't have the Xbox playtime that some of or other bf3 guys have so I feel it would be wrong for me to step up when I cannot commit to things 100%.plus the majority of recruits that are typical are more est,central and stuff and I'm gmt which is pretty dam shit.
i would love nothing more than to step especially on the eve of 4 coming out,overseeing a full bf4 division would be amazing as its sure to take off recruitment wise.
hope u guys understand why I'm say her,just tryin to be the responsible person and let u guys know that for family commitments with kids and a wife with fybromyaliga I would not have the time that is needed here.i just hope that one of or bf3 guys realise what an opportunity this is to shine!

Well I have plenty of time on my hands at the minute works a bit slow, ill see what I can do for you guys, try and get some more recruits.

But i'm hoping we can build something big with GTA V.

I'm not worried either tbh when u think about it all games do come to an end at some point and deminished in players.prime example:- homefront shit loads of ppl played this this game and it eventually died of and as a result the servers shut down but this is on temp as they are working on a new homefront.this is exactly what will happen with bf3,only without the dice servers shutting down.games will get old and everyone knows old things get replaced with new and shiny things.

Exactly, why worry about a game when we all know that games come to an end. I loved Homefront myself, great game for a while, but with the updates and patches they screwed it all up

Right and BF3 Is pretty much dead. but what about BF4? Idk know about anyone else but I'm still here for battlefield and don't intend on leaving. I'm gonna be hosting a meeting tonight at 9pm cdt on xbl. Figure out recruiting, and getting ready for BF4. BF3Is our entry into BF4 and if we can have a strong start in it when it comes out the better
