My Man, just like I told you in private message Bro, you deserve it. Relax and enjoy your gaming with "Us" when you can. You provide much needed leadership just like Toxic does and he finds it difficult some times to get on.
And remember this Country, always come to "Me" Bro when something like this happens or you need to make a decision like this. I want you and everyone in this Family to know that you guys "can" come to me if you guys need to talk to me about something or to figure out a way to accommodate you guys if you guys really want to be a part of the CAG Family.
I know I can be a dick and very intense more times than none, but it is an open door policy we have here and I will always do my best to have you guys feel and be a part of this Family as long as you guys want to be here.

I don't every ask anyone to stay and I especially don't say please, it's not that you are better than the rest of the guys Bro, or you are being treated any different, but you have earned the "luxury" of being able to come by when you can.
