Alright, what did we learn tonight?

1. When we communicate well, we are absolutely dominant.
2. Kill/death ratios don't mean a damn thing. The other team can camp for killstreaks all they want, but we will capture flags at all costs and win the game.
3. Guards NEED to have ghost pro and strelas. First priority for guards is to protect our flag. Second priority is to take out air support. If a chopper gunner or hind is in the air, guards need to take it out absolutely immediately. Runners can do nothing if they are being taken out by air support. We already talked about this, but i just felt like it needed to be repeated as this is very important.
4. Nitro and Iron are hereby in the squad. Kapt, brando, cheech let me know what you guys think about this. I felt like we had a great group tonight. Great communication, everybody was communicating very well.
5. We could really use some work on Grid.
6. Even though we won most of the games tonight, we still need practice.
7. Array is our bread and butter

Other than these, i think we did one hell of a job tonight. I would definetly like to have at least one practice next week. I know that some of us are picking up homefront and i understand that we all would like to get some gametime in with that game, but i really really really want the ReaperDoggs to get some practice. So if its just one practice, then thats all we will do. But if you guys are open to having maybe two or three or four or seventy or three thousand or one million practices in the next week then let me know. My schedule will be a lot more open next week so it wont be late night practices. Let me know what you guys think and your availability. Maybe as soon as Sunday? I'll be available as early as 8 or 9 pm CST on Sunday. Even if its just a few games, it is definetly worthwhile to get as much playtime as we can, especially now that we have a definite core of 6 members.

Also, if any other members of CAG are interested in possibly joining the ReaperDoggs then please let me know. We definetly need to have alternates for the core squad in case some of the members of the ReaperDoggs are unavailable. As of right now, the core ReaperDoggs team is myself, cheech, brando, kapt. (nitro and iron also as long as brando, kapt, and cheech are fine with it, i am). If you are interested in joining, please first understand that this is going to become a very elite squad of CAG. You need to have great communication. You need to be able to call out enemy positions on any map at any time. You must be able to and be willing to follow orders at any time. You CANNOT care about your kill/death ratio. WE CARE ONLY ABOUT WINNING THE GAME AT HAND. You MUST be an active member of the clan (this means on the forum and on XBL). You MUST have at least your Marksman Badge. Other than that, your acceptance into the ReaperDoggs is based solely on my judgement and also the judgement of the other active members of the ReaperDoggs.
