Thanks guys...appreciate the comments, all of them. It's a big deal for me because I pride myself on self control and discipline...but as you say, we all have a limit. I've been at mine for quite some time. Should have known something was gonna give...I chased a cyclist down last weekend and punched him...but to be fair, he was wearing spandex and went thru a red light and just missed my son on the cross walk.
Fifteen years of various martial arts has taught me how to control and channel this shit...but hey, shit happens.
