Discuss the Advance Warfare Regiment of CAG's Call Of Duty Brigade here
They have that limit to prevent server overloads and spam messages ... when the system see's someone sending messages at high rates it flags their server which then prevents you from sending anymore messages ... I have that same thing here on our server to prevent spam and server overloads too .. it's a must you guys ...
