Shark is delicious, just sayin. I love how firm the flesh cooks up. Fun fact for ya, before the military I was a professional Chef in a Greek Trattoria (fish house) and a Country Club when I was fresh out of Culinary school. Seafood has to be the single most delicious stuff on the planet. I could live on ocean products alone... Oh and Hell yeah for Shark Week!
