We have a lot of guys here on active service and also a lot of vets. We have no problem with your play schedule and respect that life comes first. All we ask is that a member posts in our Mia thread and notifies their CoC if they are going to be away for a period of time...
We have a few guys on the ps4 who I am sure will be happy for you to join them and kill some dudes on bops 3.
All you need to do is fill out a clan application for cod and you are good to go
