Read and understood, but I do have a problem with the uploading. When I try to upload the image it puts a red exclamation mark beside it and doesn't upload it.

I had the same problem until I edited the pictures in paint. First crop the picture then open the picture in paint and click resize in the menu. Make the pixels 620 x 250 and you should be good.

There is also a setting on your phones that will take the picture at 620x260 pixels so you don't have to do anything ....
