This looks great to me. Just in order to have the phoenix/eagle whatever bird is that stand out from the black background, I'd suggest to have it outlined in a different color. Just saying. Otherwise it's ok this way too
Dude I love that look. Will you use diamond and star for the two higher awards or do you have another idea.
