I think he was kinda stupid to sit in one position for a long time, like he had to feel some kind of warning from the body, some pain or miscomfort. And I love how they blame Xbox for it that's so stupid, his own addiction was his fault.

Actually, you won't feel a blood clot when it happens until it moves up your leg and into your heart. You actually have to walk so you can move your leg muscles appropriately to prevent this from happening. That's why after surgery, they boot them things on your legs to squeeze them, to mimic walking to keep the blood flowing and preventing blood clots. Most people sit still for a long time during a video game because you get so into it. You'd be surprised if you knew how long you sat still!
