For any new recruits like myself who's trying to achieve his or her Marksman, SharpShooter or Expert please take it seriously when a full CAG member is going taking their time to game with you and help you achieve it. I'm not saying don't have fun but don't go around doing your own things and not listen or make any call outs when a full clan member instructs you to hold an area down. If you don't care and want to get an achievement for something else then kindly exit the party so another recruit can get a chance. This is just a heads up so I hope no one take offense to it. I figured new recruits would rather hear it from another recruit rather than a full member.

Great Thread Jayfive . Iv noticed this a lot lately but didn't want to make a big thing about it .
But I seriously agree with you .

I understand they are anxious to get the Badges .
But at the sametine they need to learn discipline and refrain from breaking CAGs way of gameplay .
And the Whole point of getting your Marksman isn't just to become a full member of CAG .

Your Marksman badge is to show you how to work as a team and communicate and do the call outs so you can reach that goal .
Because belive me anyone can run and gun and get the kills you need to get the Marksman/Sharpshooter Badges .

But while you are doing that n getting the Kills you need .

Your team mates are constantly getting shot in the back and making the game not fun at times .
So please lets all just try to work as a team . And not a one man Army .

Jay and Patron I completely agree with both you. I was in a party with Jayfive last night when it happened. The marksman is a way for new recruits to see how we play and learn it.

I had my cod days on 360 a while back with the likes of big c,gypsy,cheech and a few others and seen how our CAG brothas roll on that side when it comes to new recruits coming in and believe me when the roll they roll.
When it comes to listening to orders may a be to hold a certain area or not stepping over that 50 yard line that all new recruits should listen.youll find that when doing that it creates more awareness of enemy spawns and easier kill situations.also ul prob find that if u get close to that marksman in game and u communicate it across ur lobby that ul find that other members will take a step back from killing and slow their gameplay down so that any recruit can blast their marksman.so in my opinion yeah an order would be best listened to as it is only there to benifit all u new recruit or CAG as a whole.
