Get with StupidNun you two work together to recruit together. And remember teamwork is a value a K-D can be learned. Teamwork cannot be taught is has to be a part of you.

Yes, k/d can be improved but teamwork is something you either have or you don't. People that know don't understand teamwork are those who are just lonewolves and care about their stats and nothing else.

People who always want to be on top of the leader boards with the most kills are really not the type of people we care for here. Just because you got 40 more kills than someone else doesn't mean you did what you had to do to win a game.

There is a reason BF3 has squads of 4, those 4 people should and need to always be around each other during games. Many times I have been in games with the last group of BF3 players under Nasty's command and the squads were never together. Instead they were running around split around the map, no teamwork what so ever.

So look for people who are actually going to work together, communicate and we can then worry about that k/d.

One of the most important things is to be on the game to recruit. I am not one to harp. But people will not recruit themselves.

Yeah I hope to have some free time to jump on all 3 games, well 4 now since I am playing BLOPS again, to recruit myself. But yes, being in game to do recruiting is the most effective way to recruit. Especially when you see people with mics in games and they communicate and actually work with you and your team together. Those are the ones you send a friend request, play with for a few games and then send them a clan invite if both sides hit it off.
