Extension Please

I am creating this post to ask for an extension on my recruit phase of joining CAG clan I have been unable so far to achieve my marksman on destiny and I an coming up on my 14days, I have been trying with soulseeker1972 and also CAGcovieleader, problem is I'm just not that good at crucible matches if I'm honest, if you are a member and play destiny please add me or reply here and I'll add you as my notifications on xbox do not always show up. Thanks and I hope to play with you guys soon.

We're going to have to take a different approach when recruiting for this game...i think we go with a tryout and probation period...then if they want to go for awards they can...it's been very hard to recruit for this game

No worries cheech sounds good to me, I also have other games like cod and bf1 but destiny is my main game. I have been trying for marksman I've got 1 out of 5 so far like.

Destiny recruiting goes by crucible only? Would a better approach be to instead do the strike alternative (assuming nothing has changed about that), extend it to 10ish strikes with the normal requirements and pass a certain score threshold instead of the multiplayer?
(Because if it is how i remember it, the only counter to the pathetic meta of shotguns is scout rifles, even then it is annoying to deal with)

Either way, it's your decision cheech, can't say i know much about how the destiny side of things works.

Just checked the PvE requirements, and going back on my previous statement, maybe extend it from 10 to 15 or so, adding 5-10 each time; E.g Marksman = 15/20, Sharpshooter = 25/30, and maybe change the Expert to 40/50, this way it would bring the requirements (sort of) inline with how the battlefield side of things is.
(And edit the kills to a flat Total instead of the kills varying per badge, i mean, 130 kills for one person? May as well solo a strike like The Darkblade)
Also the no deaths for for the expert should be removed in this case, maybe allow 1 or 2 for the entire fire team on expert, 2 or 3 for sharpshooter and 4/5 for the marksman.
This not only allows a bit more freedom in how the team plays, but pursuing the the following medals gives more challenge and expects consistency between the 3.

Having to do the PvP method will only find the hardcore multiplayer fans, which would only be half of the game. Doing either of the marksman's to become a Kilo Member would be better all round and would allow the squad to have more variety.

An example of how it would look:

Date: xx/xx/xx
Strike: xxxxxx
Strikes Done: xx/xx
Members: xxxx, xxxx
Image: (Providing the total score/kills of the fireteam)

Another thing to add would be a nightfall and raid.

Marksman would only focus on the strikes, Sharpshooter would focus on atleast 1 nightfall completion, and expert should include a nightfall and raid.

This way, it can show a more consistent play of the PvE side of things, i wouldn't know the best way to make the PvP side of things balanced in this department, but the PvE should provide an alternative at the least.
