    Need Some Help

Alright fellas, I need some help. Not sure if you guys will know how to help or not. So recently my internet has been working fine until I turn on my xbox. The second I try to turn it on it kills my wifi. The router says that everything is fine, but it doesn't exist on any of my devices. Every so often it will successfully connect but after like 5-6 times of restarting my wifi.

I have tried setting up my routers DMZ for the xbone but to no avail. I was wondering if you guys had any ideas? This is really starting to get on my nerves and need to try to get it fixed. anything will help. THanks

Reset factory defaults on your xbox?

My guess would be reset factory defaults but i know that can be a pain. I had the kind of the same issues and a was lucky enough to be able to reset everything router included and it decided to work right. Good luck and keep everyone posted so if it happens to anyone else the answer will be out there.

Are you connecting wifi directly to the providers kodem or do you have your own wireless network hub?

I had the issue to where my xbox would keep disconnecting me out of nowhere. try setting up a static ip for just your xbox and see if that helps. because what might be happening is your router is trying to change the ip to the xbox at any time and it might cause the issue. if you have a static ip for your xbox then your modem/router wouldn't try to give it a new ip because it will just be one ip all the time.
