I will keep this short. Being former Military Police in the Army for 6 years, we dealt with this more times then I would like. Just know everyone who suffers with ANY illness you have people who you can talk to. Wether it is hotlines, friends and/or family, the Clan, etc. I have read everyones replies and I have never been part of a gaming community that is as close as we are. They say this clan is like family. I strongly believe this is not LIKE a family, it IS A FAMILY. To keep this short please feel free to message and talk to ANYONE. If that person can not help they can get you help. I personally am ALWAYS available. If I can not help you, I will find who can at all cost.

I know I'm new here and all but I just wanted to say if anyone ever wants someone to chat with or just rant to so they can let off steam and what not I'm always here :3 been through my fair share of struggles and personal issues so I don't judge ~ i hope everyone has a wonderful day who reads this!

Just a quick update. I start therapy again tomorrow morning, got an emergency appointment. Today was a bad day, filled with a decent amount of thoughts that I'd rather not have, mixed with the already not great thoughts I'd been having the past few days. Hoping for a breakthrough but not feeling very good, and it feels like it's getting worse this time around...

Some things I learned in inpatient therapy:
-Ways to deal with my depression and anxiety
-How to spin a basketball on my finger
-How to make a stress ball out of balloons and flour
-How to wipe flour off a table (wet paper towel)
-how to be open
-There are 12 year olds that smoke!?
-I am very lucky to have the support system I have
-That I can totally kick ASS at 4 square
-How to deal with my OCD

I got to claim anxiety and depression with the VA, I am still going to behavioral health until my ETS date. If anyone needs to talk I am also available.
