Haven't heard anything on battlelog about people in this situation Parch,my guess is that battlefield insider you had to sign up before a certain date.
Did you get an email to confirm your platform after first signing up?(Confirming your platform basically gets you a different code for each platform/console)
Downloads 6.2 Gb in total.
