I do know that I have no active emblems with CAG made up on battlefield 1 so possible help on this may be required.
I managed also to figure out my battlelog sign in details so within the next few days I should have a recruitment post up on battlelog.

You have to apply for the platoon through the battlefield one game itself.once the game loads hit left trigger and you will see the option to search for the platoon.
